1.)We do not offer our students a position
as Cabin Crew if she or he fails to comprehend the necessity of learning the
importance of proper manners, high moral standards, and the disciplined skill
to offer safety and service with a smile.
2.) We do not train people whose only aim
is to become Cabin Crew. We train those who understand the qualities that will
give one the right to be Cabin Crew, becoming genuinely worthy of this position
while being aware of her and his duty to acquire "repeat/regular"
passengers. An excellent Cabin Crew must also be a business asset to her and
his airline company.
3.) We do not train those who have
self-serving, underlying motives at the expense of others. Nor will we continue
to train one found out to be deviously ruthless to attain their own goals
inconsiderate of others.
4.) We train people who possess a strong
thoughtful consideration and empathy for others less fortunate, suffering
difficulties, and are in need.
5.) We train people who possess a positive
and cheerful outlook in life.
6.) We train people who have a natural,
sincere patience while serving others.
7.) We train people who are naturally
inclined to care for the welfare of those around them.
8.) We train those who aim to be a useful
contribution and asset to society.
9.) We train those who can view a rival or
competitor with all due respect.
10.) We train those who have a sincere
dedication to being the best team player, who is not content with mere
superficial performance of duties towards others.
